Moses and the Burning Bush

Bible Craft -- Standing on Holy Ground | by Helen Adelaide

  Moses and the Burning Bush

Helen writes, "At one of our Holiday Kid's Clubs (including lots of four-year-olds) we made group posters. Starting with an outline of a bush, we glued red, orange, and yellow cellophane paper onto it. Each child drew around their own feet onto colored cards, cut them out, and stapled paper strips (on which they had written their names) across the instep area to make sandals. The sandals were then glued around the bush."

The Scripture on the poster reads, "Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." (Exodus 3:5 NIV). Your children could make individual posters too.
